    Rebuild of v1.14.31 content. No image changes — CI-only fix for the
    'No space left on device' failures on smoke/validate jobs. Strips
    catthehacker-resident toolchains and prunes docker state before
    buildx starts, giving 'load: true' enough headroom on the current
    ~3 GB image size. See CHANGELOG.md for details.
