jump, four new base packages (sqlite3, bc, dc, bsdextrautils) and a new mailbox
feature. Prepared as v1.9.5 and renamed before tagging; v1.9.5 was never tagged
or published, so nothing shipped under that name.Components moving from v1.9.4:

Changes section at all (those belong to 0.87.0 and earlier). finishTurn
survives, so the obsmem pin keeps its API, and all 8 pi.* APIs our extensions
call are present. The 0.99.2 switch of the default MCP exposure tocodemode
would have hidden every mempalace_* tool from the model, but it is filed under
"Changed" and does not reach us: mempalace.ts and mcp-loader.ts register their
tools via pi.registerTool(), and settings.json has neither an mcpServers nor an
mcp block.Adopts pi's new fullscreen TUI default deliberately; the revert
("tuiMode": "regular") is documented in README and on the Hub page.NOT yet witnessed at runtime, and acceptance must prove both: the obsmem
workers CAP TURNS (peerDeps are *, so a mismatch is silent) and the pi-atelier
sidebar PAINTS. pi 1.0.0 is four days old and pi-atelier v0.13.0 is same-day;
neither upstream has a commit naming the other.Gates at tag time: doc-drift 23 OK / 0 DRIFT / 0 SKIP / 0 FAIL; base-hash,
workflow-shell, skill-floor, lint-shell all rc=0. Dockerfile.base changed this
